Please be Mindful of shipment delays due to COVID. Unfortunately I am not Responsible for any shipment delays. Once your Package is in the possession of the Post Office I have no control over the Exact date you will receive it!

 

Q: When Will I Receive My Customized Unit?

A: Processing time for all orders are 1-2 Business days (Monday- Friday). Custom units will then ship out 7-25 business days (This was extended Due to the pandemic and all of the shipment delays but it typically only takes 3 weeks AT MOST) after payments have been processed.

 Q: How Does Sezzle Work?

A: Checking Out With Sezzle gives you the freedom to Buy Now and Pay Later with all Purchases over the amount of $50. You will be required to pay 25% of the order total up-front (also called your "downpayment" or "first installment"). The remaining amount is divided up across three more installments, each due two weeks apart. No interest, no up-front or hidden fees.

Q: When will I Receive My Order?

A: Processing time for all orders are 1-2 Business days. Once the payment is verified you will receive your order order within 3-7 Business Days.

All wig sales are final!

Q: When will I Receive My Wholesale Order?

A: Please allow 1-3 Business Days for payments to be processed and 7-21 Business days for your wholesale orders to be shipped 

 

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: Once placing your order you can cancel it within 48 hours. Unfortunately Once 48 hours have passed you will not be able to cancel your order. At That Point all sales are Final. 

 

International Orders- Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU)

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any additional fees you as the customer may have to pay in order to receive your Package. Once your package is shipped and out of our possession there is nothing we can do.
